Payment, VAT and refunds
We are a VAT-registered company and will charge VAT depending on your location. If you enter a valid VAT number at checkout it should deduct the VAT for you.
All major credit and debit cards. Card details are handled by our payment processor — they never touch our servers.
Most of the content included in the starter pack is downloadable, and for that reason we cannot offer refunds once the portal has been accessed. Please read the refund policy in full before you buy — and if you are not sure the pack is right for you, email us first and we will tell you honestly.
Single licences cover one business. If you want access for several people or several client businesses, email us and we will quote a team licence.
